Crescendo has launched its expanded Total Outcome Guarantee.
Total Outcome Guarantee is designed to link customer experience performance directly to measurable business results.
As an AI-native contact centre, Crescendo applies outcome-based pricing across both human and AI interactions, now guaranteeing delivery of its AI within 30 days.
Unlike most outcome-based pricing models that apply only to limited AI interactions, Crescendo’s approach covers the full CX ecosystem – including AI assistants, human agents, set-up, and management.
The model consolidates multiple technology and BPO vendors into a single managed solution, with predictable costs tied to outcomes.
