Crescendo has announced it is on track to surpass $100 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025
This huge revenue comes less than two years after its founding.
The Crescendo platform combines AI Assistants for voice, email, and chat with human support for complex cases, while monitoring every interaction for quality and business insights. Unlike standalone AI bots, Crescendo’s approach is designed to integrate the full service journey.
To date, the company has supported more than 500 AI deployments, with most customers going live within weeks.

Alongside its projected revenue milestone, Crescendo has expanded its global presence with a new San Francisco headquarters and planned offices in London, New York, and Dubai.
