There are just ten days until the Early Bird Offer for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) closes.

Until 30 June, organisations entering can benefit from submitting three entries for £500 – rather than £295 per nomination – yet continue to edit their entries until the final deadline on 28 July.

This year’s ECCCSAs are expected to be the biggest awards event in the European customer contact industry. Attracting attention from both large and small contact centres around the continent, they are set to reach new heights.

“We have already seen a number of organisations entering the awards. But with just two weeks until the Early Bird Offer closes, time is running out for those wanting to take advantage of submitting multiple entries at a lower rate,” said Chair of the Judges, Ann-Marie Stagg.

“As advocates of great customer service, we obviously want to give everyone who wants to enter an opportunity to take advantage of a great deal! And that’s why we are making this announcement.”

The Early Bird Offer enables organisations to submit three entries for a discounted rate – recognising that the same project could stand for more than one award.

Ann-Marie explains: “Every year we see organisations submitting a single initiative or team that has delivered for their business in a number of ways and therefore qualifies for entry into more than one category. And, with more categories this year, there is a greater chance that we will see this repeated – and why not?”

To help organisations through the nomination process, Ann-Marie hosted a webinar which is now available here.

Although the Early Bird Offer closes on 30 June, nominations for the ECCCSAs 2017 close on 28 July 2017 and awards will be presented on Tuesday 28 November 2017 at Evolution, London.
