Foundever has expanded its collaboration with Cognigy to support broader enterprise adoption of AI-powered customer experience (CX) solutions.

The partnership centers on deploying Cognigy’s Agentic AI across Foundever’s global CX operations, addressing growing demand for scalable, multilingual AI agents that work alongside human teams across voice and digital channels.

By combining Foundever’s large-scale operational capabilities with Cognigy’s AI platform, the two companies aim to move beyond basic automation to enable more responsive, integrated, and personalized customer interactions.
