injixo have launched a Quick Start WFM package to enable their customers to get up and running with no upfront costs.

What’s included in the Quick Start package?

  • Kick-off call with a WFM Expert – Providing an overview of the steps needed to get up and running with injixo WFM, the tasks to be performed and the training calendar.
  • Programme of self-paced e-learning – Covering WFM principles and best practice from injixo’s sister company The Call Center School. This step is optional but highly recommended for users new to WFM or those who want a refresher on the dos and don’ts of WFM.
  • Series of 5 live web training sessions – Covering the injixo WFM application, delivered by injixo WFM Experts and each lasting approximately half a day. Topics include: ACD integration, Administration, Forecasting, Scheduling and Reporting and agent portal.
  • Unlimited access to the Community – injixo’s online discussion forum in which customers may search a knowledge-base, get answers and share hints and tips with the injixo team and fellow users.

“injixo WFM was launched in April 2011. From day one we offered a low-cost implementation package, aligned with our low-cost monthly cloud fees. This proved very popular with customers,” said Chris Dealy at injixo. “Over the last three years, we have developed and refined our approach to implementation so that today, we are able to offer comprehensive programme to enable customers to get up and running with injixo WFM – completely free of charge. Now the only thing to budget for is the monthly cloud service fee.”
