Callstream consolidates sister company to drive growth

The consolidation sees the integration of 500 of Bluebell Telecom’s customers into the Callstream business. Through creating a single brand, the company plans to focus on providing hosted call-management applications to larger UK businesses.

NICE acquires Causata to improve customer experience

NICE Systems has entered an agreement to acquire Causata, a provider of real-time big-data analytics technology.

The acquisition will allow NICE to offer solutions which provide greater visibility into a customer’s activities on the web, and enable organisations to enhance the customer experience, increase revenues, and achieve greater operational efficiency.

“The acquisition of Causata is another important step in executing our strategy to help organisations get closer to their customers by providing real-time solutions,” said Zeevi Bregman, President and CEO of NICE.
