The 2014 Call Centre & Customer Services Summit is being opened by the star of BBC’s The Call Centre.

The CEO of Save Britain Money will talk about how “Happy People Sell” at the event – which is being held on the 15th and 16th September in Northamptonshire.

Further seminars throughout the event feature well-known speakers, including William Montgomery from Ask Ten, with a presentation entitled “Your Best Year Yet”.

Plantronics will also be hosting a seminar on “Homeworking in the Contact Centre”. In addition, Derek Williams from The WOW Awards will be speaking about “The Love Hormone” and Mpl will be hosting a seminar throughout the Summit.

The Summit helps professionals to understand the future of the industry

The Summit is a key event for call centre and customer services professionals to source, sell, network and understand the trends that will determine the future of the call centre industry.

The April Summit saw 68 key decision makers and over 30 suppliers visiting and exhibiting, culminating in over 1,000 pre-arranged face-to-face meetings over the course of an intense 36 hours.

Once again, feedback was incredibly positive, as an attendee from Carphone Warehouse described the event as ‘an interesting and useful event speaking to market leaders in the industry learning about what they offer and how it can be applied to our organisation’.

The event focuses on productive one-to-one appointments and multiple networking opportunities throughout the day to build valuable business relationships.

Alongside the face-to-face meetings, the event offers attendees the opportunity to remain fully informed on the most critical issues and legislations facing today’s call centre professionals and to advance their career by attending a series of fully comprehensive seminars covering topics that are pertinent to a variety of job roles.
