Those of you that know the contact centre consultancy Blue Sky, know that they get up every day with a view to make the world a more human place.

The coronavirus outbreak is significantly impacting the personal and professional lives of everyone and is likely to do so for many months to come and Blue Sky want to help as many individual businesses as they can over that time.

So, they’re offering free content to all people leaders in an initiative that is all about Leading Through Crisis in a Human Way.

In the first phase, they’ll be offering 10 short pieces of content focused on helping you help your customers, at a time of high anxiety. This is for organisations who are struggling to support customers in challenging circumstances – and will provide tips and approaches in the form of mindsets and skills for handling customer conversations really well when people are in a state of high anxiety or stress.

Look out for their regular updates on social platforms, where they’ll be posting about the specific mindsets and skills that make a difference in customer conversations.

They will also be offering three free to join webinars to bring these conversation skills to life:

  • Friday 3rd April 10:30 GMT – Conversation Webinar 1 – The mindset of Buoyancy with the skills of Proactively Reassure & Give Clear Explanations
  • Wednesday 8th April 12:30 GMT – Conversation Webinar 2 – The mindset of Agility with the skills of Positively Position & Handle Concerns
