RSVP celebrate new Head of Resources who started out on the phones

Louise Roberts has been promoted from Recruitment Manager to Head of Resources. She has worked at RSVP for 15 years, starting off on the phones while she was also exploring a career as a musician.

“We are delighted that Louise is taking on the role of Head of Resources. Her experience, dedication and talent show she can tackle this job with ease and her insight in this role will help move RSVP into even more exciting times,” said Hiten Patel, Client Services Director at RSVP.


mplsystems celebrates successful growth in 2015

mplsystems has reported that while contact centre and customer experience technology growth remains strong, they have experienced an increase in the uptake of their field service management solutions.

This technology offering now accounts for a large part of the business’s revenue, with plans for further growth throughout 2016/17.

The software company have also announced a 60% growth in software as a service projects in 2015.

Verint enters global partnership with b-next

b-next, a provider of capital markets compliance solutions, has announced a global partnership with Verint Systems.

Through this relationship, b-next will offer Verint Speech Analytics with its CMC:Suite, an integrated compliance platform for capital markets.

By combining the solutions, financial services organisations can capture and analyse information from voice calls automatically.

NewVoiceMedia wins three 2016 Stevie Awards

NewVoiceMedia has won three Stevie Awards. The company claimed the Silver ‘Contact Center Solution – New’ award, and two Bronze, for ‘Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year’ and ‘Contact Center Solution – New Version’, in the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The company was honoured as one of 215 finalists across the 62 business technology categories.

Ultracomms achieves PCI DSS Level 1 Certification for cloud platform

Ultracomms has been certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v3.1, achieving PCI DSS Level 1 accredited service provider status for its entire platform.

This certification means that all calls made over the Ultracomms cloud platform are secure.
