Call Centre Helper have teamed up with Real Results Training to deliver an online training course for team managers and aspiring team managers.
This paid-for course deals with all aspects of team management and uses a live video feed with a chat room running in parallel, giving you the opportunity to ask questions of your fellow attendees and the speaker.
The course will cover the following key areas impacting team management:
- Dealing with under-performers in your team
- Attracting and retaining the best team
- Leadership secrets for contact centre managers
- Call and contact centre management skills
Starting on Tuesday 19th January 2016, this 5 x 1-hour course (1-2pm UK time) has a maximum of 50 attendees to allow for better feedback.
