Odigo has launched Odigo Essential.

Odigo Essential is a simplified contact centre solution tailored for mid-sized organizations seeking reliable customer experience tools without the scale or complexity of an enterprise system.

Javier Llosá Guillén, Co-CEO at Odigo, said,Odigo Essential delivers what matters most – core CX features, AI readiness, fast deployment and exceptional value – all wrapped in a user-friendly, budget-conscious package.”

Designed to address growing demand for accessible and adaptable CX platforms, the offering comes in three tiers: voice-only, voice with digital channels, and an option that includes AI features.

Developed and hosted in Europe, Odigo Essential is said to prioritize regulatory compliance, data privacy, and ease of use.

It is aimed at organizations with 50+ agents and is priced from £35 per user per month in the UK. The platform can be deployed in as little as six weeks and is supported with training and onboarding services.
