Shortlist Announced at Finalist Days 115 Filed under - Archived Content, Contact Centre Awards, Phil Anderson, The Forum A strong shortlist of 24 team and individual nominations were judged by peers and external judges at the recent Finalist Days for the National Planning; Data, Analytics & Insight; and Quality & Customer Experience Awards. These finalist days have become an exceptionally valuable part of The Forum’s best practice programme, as the combination of peer assessment through presentations and roundtable discussions, and networking with other colleagues who have also achieved amazing results, provides a massive opportunity for learning all round. They will also be sharing their experience and insights at the respective national conferences in November.
