Sprinklr has launches a series of new AI-driven capabilities across its unified CXM platform.
The updates include Sprinklr Copilot, an AI assistant that provides real-time support for customer facing teams, and Sprinklr AI Agents, designed to handle repetitive tasks.
Alongside these enhancements, the company also introduced enhancements to its Customer Feedback Management solution.
These feature adaptive surveys, AI-powered analytics, and closed-loop feedback tools that unify customer insights from multiple sources,.
Sprinklr highlighted these developments at its CXUnifiers 2025 event in Nashville, positioning them as part of a broader strategy to integrate domain-specific AI across customer service, marketing, and feedback functions within a single platform.
