Vonage has announced the launch of Vonage Conversations for Agentforce Marketing (formerly Marketing Cloud).
Powered by Vonage Communications APIs, the new offering integrates messaging channels including SMS, WhatsApp, and Rich Communication Services (RCS) directly into the Salesforce platform, allowing enterprises to manage customer conversations within a single interface.
The integration enables Agentforce Marketing users to run two-way customer conversations using Salesforce data to support personalized communications.
Organisations can send timely messages and automate interactions using a combination of live agents and agentic AI, with the aim of supporting more consistent, multi-channel engagement.

Vonage’s communications APIs also support the automation of routine tasks and the analysis of customer data in real time, helping ensure consistent messaging across channels while meeting regulatory requirements.
The company noted growing adoption of messaging channels such as RCS and WhatsApp. RCS traffic is projected to exceed 200 billion messages globally by 2029, while WhatsApp is now used by 57 percent of consumers worldwide to communicate with businesses, including 59 percent in EMEA.

The launch is part of the Vonage AI Hub, which provides AI-enabled, low-code and no-code components for customer communications. It also extends Vonage Conversations for Salesforce to support cross-cloud engagement across marketing, sales, and service.
