National Outsourcing Association launches development scheme
The National Outsourcing Association (NOA) is launching its own Continuous Professional Development scheme which will help professionals maintain and enhance their outsourcing knowledge and skills.
Individuals will be able to track their professional development using the NOA’s online tool, which will allow users to log all of their formal and informal learning.
“Learning and personal development is becoming increasingly important as technology advances and the requirements of companies change. This is particularly true for professionals in the outsourcing industry,” said Chris Halward at the National Outsourcing Association. “We’ve designed the NOA CPD scheme to help those professionals with their ongoing learning. By fully utilising the NOA CPD tool, they will be able to effectively focus on how best to progress and then do so in a structured and methodical manner.”
