Zoom has announced a strategic partnership with Oracle.
As part of the collaboration, Zoom’s customer experience platform will now operate on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, expanding its availability to a wider range of organizations.
Chris Morrissey, General Manager, Zoom CX, commented on the partnership, saying, “With Zoom Contact Center on OCI alongside Oracle’s market leading applications, we’re empowering organizations to unify customer interactions, employee workflows, and data into a single intelligent system. The outcome is faster resolutions, stronger relationships, and measurable value at scale.”
Oracle has also adopted Zoom contact centre for its own global customer service operations, integrating it with Oracle Service workflows.
The partnership combines Zoom’s AI-driven communication tools with Oracle’s cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Christine Sarros, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Engineering at Oracle, said, “Through our partnership with Zoom, we’re bringing together the power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and applications with Zoom’s communication platform to give enterprises a foundation for AI-driven engagement.”
Key benefits include unified engagement across channels, a complete customer view through data integration, improved employee productivity, and tailored solutions for industries such as healthcare, financial services, retail, and hospitality.
