Genesys extends relationships with BT
Genesys has announced an extension to its existing relationship with BT to deliver the Genesys One customer service solution.
BT will offer mid-market businesses an innovative straight out of the box solution as part of its BT Onsite Contact Genesys service, in order to meet the growing consumer demands for omni-channel customer service.

NewVoiceMedia appoints new Head of Marketing
NewVoiceMedia has appointed Monica Girolami as Head of Marketing North America. She will lead NewVoiceMedia’s marketing team in North America as the business extends its leadership in cloud contact centre technology.

Aspect enters new technical waters with Neptune
In its continued effort to augment its Northern European channel network, Aspect Software has announced a reseller agreement with Neptune Consultancy.
The managed services provider will supply Aspect’s entire technology portfolio – as well as full servicing and technical support – to contact centre customers in the UK, with full integration with Microsoft’s unified communications (UC) platform, Lync.
“Strategically, Neptune sits perfectly with what we want to achieve in the UK channel. Both its technical capability and its extensive experience with Microsoft Lync sets Neptune’s differentiator for us,” said Steve Boakes, Manager, Channels & Partners, Northern Europe at Aspect.
NICE opens new office in Johannesburg
NICE Systems has opened an office in Johannesburg as part of the company’s business strategy to expand its presence in South Africa.
By establishing a local presence, NICE will be able to deliver even better support to its customers and partners.
“We are always looking for new growth opportunities, and we’ve identified South Africa as a strategic market to grow our business in the EMEA region,” said Benny Einhorn, President of NICE EMEA. “By opening up a local office in South Africa, we will be able to better serve our customers and further strengthen our partnerships.”
Intradiem and IP Consulting partner to improve European contact centres
Intradiem and IP Consulting have partnered to improve contact centre productivity, agent performance and the customer experience for European-based organisations.
This partnership enables IP Consulting to promote and market Intradiem’s intraday management technology as an integral part of their contact center optimisation services. The technology helps organisations find new opportunities to improve the overall performance and drive improvement initiatives for contact centres.
