A free workshop on “Making analytics work in a small contact centre” is being hosted in London on 9th September 2015.

Created as part of a strategic alliance between Nexidia and The Forum, the new workshop has been designed to prove that analytics can work in centres with less than a 100 seats.

During the day you will get the opportunity to:

  • See case studies and hear from practitioners how large contact centres are using speech analytics and how this can be applied in a small contact centre.
  • Hear from a housing association that is already using speech analytics to drive benefits in a small contact centre.
  • Get a chance to see and have a go with Nexidia’s ‘Audio Finder’ technology designed to offer an affordable and practical speech analytics solution for small contact centres.
  • Learn how to build a business case for driving tangible and measurable benefits with speech analytics.

The day will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm on the 9th September 2015. The workshop is being held at the RICS building on Parliament Square, London.

Light refreshments and a sandwich lunch will be provided throughout the day by Michel Roux Jr’s restaurant ‘Roux at Parliament Square’.

This workshop is being offered free to potential end users of the technology, and those that have an interest in analytics for small contact centres.

It is advised that to get the best out of this workshop, ideally you should come from a contact centre of no more than 100 seats.

“A common misconception in the contact centre industry is that speech analytics can only be effective in large contact centres and that it is expensive to run and hard to implement in a small seat contact centre. It’s time to think again,” said Jonathan Wax, VP EMEA at Nexidia.

If there is anybody else within your organisation or network that you feel would be interested then please feel free to share this invitation with them.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
