Plantronics’ CS500 and Savi 700 Series have been certified by the DECT Forum.
The DECT Forum is an industry group focused on developing and improving DECT wireless technology.
The new standards provide guidelines and a compliance certification process to manufacturers for improvements to security in eight areas, including authentication, encryption, call set-up, call progress and tear down.
To obtain DECT Forum Security Certification, a product must comply with all recommendations and be submitted for independent verification at an approved test lab.

- The Savi 700 Series offers multi-device connectivity and a diverse range of wearing options, users can enjoy up to 120 metres wireless range while managing desk phone, PC and mobile phone calls.
- The Savi 400 Series offers a range of wearing options and up to 100 metres of wireless range.
