Talkdesk is deepening its collaboration with HubSpot by launching an advanced contact centre integration and joining the HubSpot App Partner Program.
Available through the HubSpot App Marketplace, the integration is designed to give sales and service teams a unified workspace inside HubSpot by connecting customer interactions, insights, and workflows.
Powered by Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation, the app allows teams to automatically log calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR activity in HubSpot feeds, enriched with AI summaries.
It also links conversations to the right HubSpot objects, supports automated follow-ups based on call metadata, and provides direct access to Talkdesk Conversations, AI Copilot, and CX Analytics dashboards.
