The survey will run from 1st April up to 29th April 2015, with results being published in July 2015.
The final report will capture a snapshot view of the contact centre industry in 2015, as witnessed by 500+ current contact centre professionals.
By filling in the survey, you will automatically receive a copy of the final report.
You will also be entered into a prize draw to win an Apple Watch Sport (Terms and Conditions apply – see below for details).

Terms and Conditions
- To take part in the survey you should be a contact centre professional, currently working within a contact centre. Anyone found not to be working within the contact centre industry may be removed from the prize draw. (Please use a work email address where possible when completing the survey to help us verify this).
- Once the survey is closed, the winner of the Apple Watch Sport will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by email. The prize will be non-exchangeable.
- All people taking part in the survey will get a final copy of the results gathered and any subsequent report created.
- To be entered into the prize draw for the Apple Watch Sport, all contact details must be filled in. Those who don’t may be removed from the prize draw. Colours available: Green, White, Black, Blue & Pink.
