Vonage has been selected by Bluegrass Network to streamline communications across its operations.

The company will implement Vonage Fusion, which integrates unified communications with contact centre tools, enabling back-office staff and agents to collaborate more effectively.

Doug Updegraff, President and General Manager for Bluegrass Network, LLC, said, “With the addition of the AI-powered capabilities that Vonage Intelligent Workspace will bring to our contact centre agents, we will be able to engage more deeply with our customers no matter how they choose to connect with us, while boosting agent productivity and gaining valuable analytics that will help us continue to deliver customized, real-time and 24/7 service to our clients’ customers–from anywhere, on any channel, no matter what.”

The platform supports flexible agent configurations, real-time collaboration, and unified reporting through CRM integrations.

With additional support from Vonage’s Communications APIs, Bluegrass aims to improve coordination between teams and enhance customer interactions through a single connected platform.

“At Vonage, we’re committed to empowering businesses like Bluegrass Network to thrive in today’s fast-paced digital landscape,” said Reggie Scales, Head of Applications for Vonage.

“Through our Vonage Fusion cloud solution, with integrated AI, unified communications and contact centre capabilities, we aim to unlock new levels of efficiency and opportunity for Bluegrass Network and their customers.”
