Assembled has announced the launch of its new support orchestration suite.
Described as the first platform to connect AI automation directly with workforce management, the suite is designed to help support leaders balance automation with human staffing in a single system.
Assembled says the tool addresses growing complexity in modern support operations, where teams often manage AI agents, in-house staff, outsourcing partners and hybrid workflows across multiple channels.
The platform provides data-driven recommendations on where AI can be applied effectively, real-time staffing optimisation that incorporates automation coverage, and dynamic handoffs between AI and human agents.
The aim is to give organisations unified visibility and control over support operations while maintaining consistent customer experience.
William Zhang, Head of Partnerships at Assembled, commented on the new launch on LinkedIn, saying: “For our Partners, the opportunity is bigger than the tech itself. I’m excited about what’s possible when we extend this with an open ecosystem”
Assembled reports that early adopters have seen measurable benefits. Flexcar has achieved 85% automation while maintaining customer satisfaction, Thrasio recorded $1.8 million in annual savings alongside a 10% boost in CSAT, and DailyPay has saved 9,600 staffing hours per month through combined workforce management and AI automation.
Melissa Evans, Marketing at Assembled, said: “Support teams have changed. I love being part of the support operations tech that’s keeping pace and driving measurable results.”
The support orchestration suite will be available in Fall 2025, with further enhancements scheduled for early 2026.
