We offer a sneak-peek at who will be at the Customer Contact Expo in London this October.

Aspect Software – Stand H20

Aspect Software will be exhibiting Zipwire – its latest development in cloud technology for the contact centre – allowing visitors to learn more about the full range of benefits and the likely impact it will have on their business.

They will be running a Crack the Safe Code competition, with the winner receiving their very own trip into the clouds in a hot air balloon.

They will also be running a quick survey on cloud computing, with one lucky participant winning a Kindle Fire HD.

Business Systems (UK) Ltd – Stand F20

Following the success of their expert consultancy clinic last year, Business Systems will run these sessions once again, giving delegates the chance to ask questions and seek guidance on the latest call recording and workforce optimisation technology, as well as advising on existing legacy systems.

Their consultants will provide independent views and insights on speech and text analytics, real-time process optimisation, workforce management, quality monitoring, performance management dashboards and more.

ctalk – Stand B10

Ctalk will be promoting all of their latest contact centre management software.

They will also be providing complimentary coffee in the morning and gin and tonics in the afternoon.

Genesys – Stand D42

Genesys will enable visitors to take the ‘ultimate customer service’ journey.

Starting in the Home office – where most customer interactions are started – through the Contact Centre and via the Back and Branch offices, visitors will be able see how the customer service experience is for the customer at each of these stages – as well as how it should or could be – along with experiencing the agent’s view.

Genesys will also be talking about Workforce Optimisation (WFO) and speech analytics, as well as showcasing the solutions now available in the cloud for all sizes of businesses.

They will be giving away USB sticks loaded with all the event information, and a USB Adaptor Pouch for charging your smartphone.

Interactive Intelligence – Stand C32

Interactive Intelligence will be exhibiting their cloud & premise-based contact centre services and solutions, designed to improve the customer experience.

Visitors to the stand will receive bespoke cookies and be entered into a prize draw for an iPad.

Jabra – Stand E22

Jabra will be exhibiting a portfolio of contact centre audio devices, including the recently launched Jabra BIZ 2300 corded headset.

They will also be running a free prize draw on their stand to win a new Jabra BIZ 2300 corded headset, with 4 to be won each day of the show.

In addition, there will be a Jabra goodie bag available for each company that pre-books an on-stand meeting before Friday 26th September.

LiveOps – Stand H34

LiveOps will be demonstrating LiveOps Engage – their cloud contact centre solution with its multichannel agent desktop.

They will also be showcasing LiveOps Visual (their agent co-browsing/agent video solution) and LiveOps for Salesforce call centre (enabling Salesforce.com).

Visitors to the stand will be given the opportunity to win a holiday in a VW Campervan.

mplsystems – Stand E40

mplsystems will be launching its new intelligentResponse automated response solution for text-based customer service channels.

They will also be providing live 1:1 demonstrations of the company’s full portfolio of contact centre solutions at their stand – located next to the networking lounge.

Visitors to the stand can exchange their business card for the chance to win an Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablet.

NewVoiceMedia – Stand F30

NewVoiceMedia will be showcasing its integrated multichannel contact centre communications solutions in the cloud.

The vendor will demonstrate how to elevate the customer experience, improve the service team’s efficiency and enable greater visibility by effectively routing, managing and tracking communication across multiple customer channels.

They will also be doing live demos of their multichannel support.

Popcorn will be available throughout the course of the event and visitors are invited to join them at their stand on 1st October at 4pm for a champagne reception.

Nexidia will, once again, be the gold sponsor of the Customer Service Excellence arena.

Visit them at their stand next to the arena to find out how they can turn customer interactions into valuable insight with advanced speech and text analytics.

Noble Systems – Stand E10/F10

Plantronics have been developing smarter customer interactions with the aim of delivering a consistent experience, extending to the design of the office environment and use of enhanced audio for clearer interactions, as well as Smart Sensor technology.

At their stand, the company will be showcasing the latest in an all-encompassing customer interaction system.

Postcode Anywhere – Stand C82

Postcode Anywhere will be doing demonstrations of Capture+, their latest address look-up software.

The new release – which can be used to help improve data quality and reduce Average Handling Time – includes searching enhancements and a greater tolerance for classic data-entry mistakes, making taking customer details over the phone quicker and more accurate.

Professional Planning Forum – Stand G66

The Professional Planning Forum will be talking about the opportunities available to those actively partaking in their community, in regard to sharing best practice and raising the professionalism of the industry.

Such opportunities extend to strategic advice, best practice events, the chance to benchmark the operation or accredit individuals, or just getting some help to jump-start your change.

QuickScripts – Stand G12

QuickScripts will be exhibiting the latest release of their call scripting software.

They will also be giving away free mugs.

Sabio – 1st October @ 1.30pm in the Customer Experience Theatre

Sabio invites delegates to join its panel debate – “Navigating the strategic and operational challenges of managing a multi-channel contact centre”.

Executives from Argos and BGL Group will join host Sabio’s Head of Multi-channel, Matt Dyer, to discuss the growing need for customer service professionals to balance customer requirements against the demands of the organisation.

Ultra Communications – Stand E20

Ultra Communications will be giving valuable advice on how employing a smart, simple, and secure cloud technology solution could benefit businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Their consultants will be doing live demos throughout both days and be providing free information on a range of topics, including: performance optimisation, maximising efficiency, achieving easy integration, advisor productivity, industry compliance, and achieving PCI compliance.

They will also be demonstrating their latest range of intelligent cloud contact centre solutions and new multi-media, management control panel.

Visitors to the Ultra Juice Bar will also receive a fresh fruit smoothie.
