Talkdesk has launched the Higher Education Experience Cloud, a new solution designed to help colleges and universities modernize and connect student, parent, and alumni services.
Built on the Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation (CXA) platform, the offering is said to combine agentic AI, automation, and pre-configured workflows to streamline interactions across the academic lifecycle-from admissions and financial aid to IT support and alumni engagement.
The platform integrates with key systems such as SIS, CRM, ITSM, and LMS tools to provide unified data access.
It also supports multiple communication channels, multilingual service, and compliance with FERPA and other education privacy standards.
The Higher Education Experience Cloud joins other recent industry-specific launches from Talkdesk, including solutions for utilities and residential services.
