Training Programme Gains Online Edge

injixo has enhanced its Quick Start training programme by adding the option for users to attend a series of online training videos.

Screen recordings of the company’s WFM in action, backed up with narration by one of their WFM Experts, enable new users to quickly get up to speed. They also work well as refresher training for existing users.

The platform includes a Learning Management System (LMS) that is already used to deliver call centre best-practice e-learning. Now it is being deployed to deliver application e-learning for injixo users. Trainees can attend the training at times to suit their own schedule, at their own pace, in their own preferred order and as many times as they like.

Training videos covering forecasting, reporting, ‘Xlink’ and the agent portal injixo Me are already available, and over the coming weeks the remaining functional areas of WFM will be added to the library. As new functions are added, the videos will keep pace accordingly.

Existing customers can access the training videos by selecting Learn >> Programs >> injixo Programs and then choosing the training suite in their language.
