Less Than Half of Contact Centres Use Noise Cancelling Headphones


Modern developments in headset technology are yet to make a big impact in the contact centre world, according to our poll. As you can see below, only 43% of contact centers use noise canceling headsets, whilst a meager 14% have implemented wireless technology.
