Easycallnow has redesigned and enhanced its user interface to include new call scripting functions, business intelligence reporting, a drag and drop IVR builder as well as new conferencing and PBX capabilities.

Operations Director, Lisa Clark, said, “we redesigned the Easycallnow interface to include new features as part of our continuous improvement programme.”

The business intelligence reports provide management with the tools to create customised graphical real-time status screens suitable for display on wallboards, monitors and the Apple iPad. With the new Easycallnow iPad app, you have the ability to create, edit and view the status screens on the go.

Building IVR menus can be time consuming but with the new drag and drop enhancements it has become easier to build complex solutions. IVR is used in everything from call routing to the live capture of data from a customer. Nick Holland, Technology Director, said, “IVRs are often complex and difficult to implement. Now customers simply draw their design onto the screen and a single click brings it to life.”

The conferencing feature has been designed to help businesses become more productive with rich, interactive and reliable collaboration services, including automatic participant dialling, recording of all participants and a live graphical interface.

The new PBX functionality provides businesses with the ability to seamlessly integrate the office voice system with their contact centres to provide a unified telephony solution.

Easycallnow and DXI will be exhibiting at Stand C21, at Call Centre Expo, Olympia, London, on 2nd and 3rd October.
