In 2004 Aspect Software opened an office in Bengaluru (also called Bangalore) with four employees focused on quality assurance and facilities.
The headcount has grown to 424 employees that currently work in one centre across various departments, including consolidated customer care, professional services, research & development and sales.
Aspect put great thought and effort into selecting the right location for their office. They chose Bengaluru because it is the centre of India’s high-tech industry.
It’s a vibrant, diverse city known for its parks and nightlife and it is a desirable place for people to live, which was and remains an important consideration when it comes to staffing our office.
Aspect’s centre of excellence for professional services delivers 45K+ customer hours annually. And Aspect employs 170+ professionals on its customer care team alone, providing 24/7 support coverage to customers globally.
Their office in Bengaluru allows them to provide local expertise to their customers in India and in the same time zone.
With the largest number of Aspect employees in one location globally, Aspect’s office in India represents 95% of their staff in the APAC region. In fact, the Bengaluru office has grown 29% since 2019.
In 2019, Aspect hired seven campus graduates for Aspect Customer Care positions with great success. As the business continues to grow, Aspect plans to continue to explore internship and campus hiring models for the future.
With approximately 80,000 seats deployed across India, even against exceptionally challenging COVID-19 circumstances they expect to report year-end growth.
In fact, year over year, our partners have shown remarkable growth, showing gains of up to about 30%.
