Alvaria is pleased to announce a call for customers to join their first Customer Advisory Council. This group will have unprecedented access to Alvaria product management and executive teams.
The council will drive value for the entire contact centre industry by providing input on future products designed by the same company that invented the world’s first automatic dialler and the first systems for workforce planning, interactive voice response and predictive dialling.
They’re looking for people who will play an active role in guiding our future product development. This product-focused advisory team needs management-level members with a solid understanding of Alvaria products, features and technology.
You need to know how Alvaria products fit into your company’s overall operational environment, sharing not only how the feature set checks off boxes, but also where the gaps are – what tools and functionality would help you achieve your business goals.
Your business goals, real-world experiences and changing needs will help us drive a realistic product roadmap in one of these action groups:
- Alvaria CX Suite
- Alvaria Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Suite
- Alvaria On-Prem
Participation in the council is based on a 12-month term, with the groups meeting twice in-person and two to three times virtually during the year. Our first in-person meeting will be this spring, in Atlanta.
Alvaria will provide hotel accommodation and meals for official in-person meetings. Members will also receive a complimentary pass to the ACE user conference, credit to use in the Alvaria company store and the unique opportunity to collaborate with our product teams.
