John leads a number of teams to deliver Practice Plus Groups Integrated Urgent Care services strategic aims, including responsibility for leading change and continuous improvement teams, Workforce Planning teams, training teams and reporting functions.
Practice plus Groups Integrated Urgent Care division provisions a number of 111 contact centres, and out of hours, and Clinical assessment services.
