He has over 10 years’ experience developing policy, guidance and best practice for working with people in Vulnerable Circumstances, and is supported by 15 years’ experience leading customer and supporter acquisition, retention and experience programmes with customer and supporter contact teams.
Matt helps professionals empower, support and protect people and communities experiencing disadvantage and harm, providing training and consultancy for individuals, organisations, professional membership organisations and regulators – improving the wellbeing, health and engagement of both staff and members of the public with organisations.
