Paul Cooper is an award-winning forecaster – as recognized by The Forum in 2024 – and is currently working at the AA.

He has worked in call centres since 1992 and in forecasting and planning roles since before the millennium. Although much of his career has been in financial services, he moved to the AA in late 2017, and forecasts long term and short term call and chat volumes for all Road Operations areas of the AA.
