Evaluagent has been recognised as one of the most progressive automated quality management (AutoQM) platforms in the 2026 CMP Prism for Automated QA/QM.
The assessment, published at CCW Nashville on 8 October 2026, evaluated 18 automated quality assurance and quality management providers against ten investment criteria.
Conducted by CMP, the evaluation draws on industry analysis, user feedback and marketplace data to assess technology providers operating in the customer contact sector.
The recognition follows a series of product developments from evaluagent over the past 12 months, including the introduction of its Context Engine and the expansion of its AutoQM capabilities to evaluate both human and AI agent interactions.
Matt Jones, Product Director at evaluagent, said:
“Being recognised by CMP as one of the most progressive platforms in AutoQM is a proud moment for the whole team. It reflects our heritage in quality and the investment we’ve put into the product over the last 12 months.
“We’re seeing strong demand from contact centres moving away from tools that are holding them back, and from existing customers who keep choosing to invest further with us to take their quality function and customer experience to the next level.
“Our ambition is to be the number one independent AutoQM provider for contact centres that want complete visibility across every human and AI interaction, and we have an exciting year of releases ahead.”
Looking ahead, evaluagent continues to develop its automated quality management capabilities, with a focus on providing contact centres with greater visibility into customer interactions across both human and AI-powered channels.
