AnywhereNow and Meridian IT Join Forces on CX

AnywhereNow has announced a partnership with Meridian IT Inc.

The partnership brings AnywhereNow’s Dialogue Cloud Neo, a Microsoft Teams-native customer experience platform, together with Meridian IT’s implementation and managed services expertise.

The companies aim to help organizations integrate customer engagement, workflow automation and AI capabilities into Microsoft Teams.

“Dialogue Cloud Neo, combined with our managed services expertise, helps organizations simplify complex technology environments and put AI to work faster,” said Kristy Sholett, vice president of the Collaboration Center of Excellence at Meridian IT Inc.

“We’re also deploying the platform within our own service desk, giving us first-hand experience that benefits our customers. Together with AnywhereNow, we’re helping organizations modernize customer engagement without disrupting the way they work.”

The companies have already worked together on client projects involving solution design, deployment planning and managed services, including projects that use existing Microsoft Teams entitlements.
