ElevenLabs has appointed Ashley Kramer as its new Chief Revenue Officer, bringing two decades of experience across high-growth technology companies.
Kramer most recently led enterprise sales at OpenAI, where she worked during a period of growth in enterprise revenue and adoption among Fortune 100 companies.
At ElevenLabs, Kramer will lead the company’s global revenue function, oversee its partnership ecosystem and work with customers and partners on the development of AI-powered interactions.
The appointment comes as ElevenLabs reports increased enterprise adoption of its AI models and agents. The company says its agents now handle more than 15 million conversations globally each week, with enterprise customers accounting for 55% of its revenue.
Its customer base includes Meta, Stripe, Klarna, Hasbro and Deutsche Telekom, with use cases spanning customer support, sales, marketing, product and business operations.
Ashley Kramer, chief revenue officer at ElevenLabs, commented on her appointment saying:
ElevenLabs is building the industry’s leading human-AI interaction platform, whether that’s for businesses and customers, governments and citizens, or creatives and audiences. I’m excited to lead the work of getting that into the hands of enterprises around the world.”
ElevenLabs says it is focusing on AI models and agents that can be adapted to different brands, languages and contexts as organisations look to introduce AI into customer and business interactions.
Mati Staniszewski, cofounder and CEO of ElevenLabs, said:
“Having led many of the teams we serve, Ashley deeply understands what our customers need and how we can deploy products that deliver value for them. I’m looking forward to working with Ashley as we scale ElevenLabs into a full platform for AI interaction across the enterprise.”
