eGain Launches Agentic Studio with Multi-Agent Orchestration

eGain has introduced Agentic Studio, a new capability within its eGain AI Agent platform that enables automated resolution of customer requests.

“Organizations have spent years getting AI to answer questions accurately. Agentic Studio takes that investment further by coordinating multiple AI agents to act on those answers across deterministic, assured, and fully dynamic modes, completing requests autonomously on a foundation of trusted knowledge,” said Ashu Roy, CEO of eGain.

The feature allows AI agents to not only respond to queries but also carry out actions such as retrieving data and completing transactions across connected systems.

The update addresses limitations in existing AI tools that can answer questions but struggle with tasks requiring execution, particularly in complex or regulated environments.

The system also enables escalation to human agents when needed, transferring full context to avoid repetition.
