evaluagent has been recognised across multiple categories in G2’s Summer 2026 reports, receiving a total of 45 badges for its quality assurance and conversation intelligence platform.

The company was named a Leader in the Contact Center Quality Assurance category (overall and Mid-Market), and also received Regional Leader (EMEA and Americas, Mid-Market) and Momentum Leader recognitions.
In Conversation Intelligence, evaluagent was named a High Performer and earned an Easiest Admin award in the mid-market category. It also received High Performer (Mid-Market) and Easiest to Do Business With (Mid-Market) badges in the Speech Analytics category.
The latest results follow earlier recognition in G2’s annual rankings, where evaluagent was included among the Top 50 UK Software Companies and Top 50 Customer Service Products.
The company said the awards reflect customer feedback and the continued use of its platform by contact centres looking to improve quality management and gain insights from customer conversations.
