Lunch and Learn

Want to share information or develop individuals in the contact centre?

It is a good idea to do a Lunch and Learn.

The concept is simple – in return for watching an educational lecture, agents get a free lunch (during the presentation).

You can use it on anything from:

  • Latest trends in the industry
  • Presentation skills
  • New product launches
  • Updates from other departments

Just make sure you run the session at different points throughout the day to cover different shift patterns.
