MiaRec has Launched Its New AI Action Engine

AI Launch concept

MiaRec has introduced its AI Action Engine, a new capability designed to automate follow-up actions based on insights from customer conversations.

The launch builds on existing conversation analytics, which allow organisations to identify trends such as churn risk, missed revenue opportunities, and service issues. However, acting on these insights has often relied on manual processes, leading to delays or missed opportunities.

MiaRec’s AI Action Engine addresses this by automatically triggering follow-up actions using signals such as customer intent, sentiment, and outcomes. This enables organisations to move from insight to execution without increasing operational workload.

“This is a natural next step for conversation intelligence,” said Gennadiy Bezkorovayniy, CEO of MiaRec. “Most organizations can already see what’s happening in their customer conversations.

The real challenge is ensuring that the right follow-up happens every time. With the AI Action Engine, we’re helping teams move from insight to consistent execution.”

The solution supports a range of use cases across customer experience and revenue operations.

For example, it can identify missed sales opportunities and send follow-up communications, or detect dissatisfaction and trigger proactive outreach to reduce churn. It can also escalate high-risk interactions and ensure timely responses to key customer moments.

The AI Action Engine integrates with platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n, allowing organisations to connect conversation insights with systems including CRM and marketing tools.

With this release, MiaRec extends its platform beyond analytics, enabling organisations to not only analyse customer interactions, but also act on them in a more consistent and scalable way.
