North East Awards Open for Entries

The 2015 North East Contact Centre Awards are now open for entries.

Now in its twelfth year, the event celebrates the best practitioners in the North East contact centre industry. There are more than 145 call centres in the region employing around 160,000 staff and it is some of these organisations and individuals who can look forward to being recognised as part of the evening’s celebrations.

The eleven available categories have recently been unveiled and feature a range of titles from ‘Great British Customer Hero’ and ‘Customer Experience Champion’ through to ‘Best of British Dream Team’, giving individual employees, teams and companies the chance to be crowned in their specific category.

Award category sponsorship is also now open for applications with a host of companies including NRG, Penshaw View Training, Hadrian’s Recruitment and Contact Centre Professional already on board.

This year’s ‘Best of British’ themed event, which is organised by MAKE it Sunderland (Sunderland City Council) and managed by Sunderland Live, will take place at Ramside Hall Hotel on 20 November 2015.

“The North East Contact Centre Awards is a great celebration of North East business. Sunderland City Council are delighted to once again organise the awards and we are sure everyone will enjoy what promises to be a fantastic evening,” said Cllr Paul Watson, Leader of Sunderland City Council.

Entries for the awards will close on 28th September 2015.
