Peopleware will exhibit at the Contact Centre & Customer Experience Expo 2026 at ExCeL London on 18–19 November, showcasing its AI-native workforce management (WFM) platform for contact centres and BPOs on stand CC-F50.
On 18 November at 11:40am, Ben Heslop, Director of Resource Planning at ResQ, will speak at the Contact Centre Technology Theatre.
His presentation, “Scheduling without a forecast: How a BPO delivered £60K in annual savings”, will cover how ResQ used Peopleware’s WFM technology to schedule more than 900 advisors based on client headcount targets and take on two new campaigns without increasing its planning team.
“Working in resource planning for more than 20 years, across multiple vendors over that time, it’s refreshing and quite surprising to work with a vendor that feels like you’re working with someone within your business,” said Ben Heslop, Director of Resource Planning at ResQ.
Visitors to stand CC-F50 can see demonstrations of Peopleware’s WFM suite, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, intraday management and Time Off, alongside its AI capabilities. One-to-one demonstrations can also be booked in advance.
The stand will feature an interactive touchscreen game, Spot the 5 planning fails. The fastest player across the two-day event will win a pair of RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR Glasses, with the winner announced after the expo.
Visitors can also complete a WFM maturity assessment and access industry resources, including Peopleware’s latest benchmark report, developed with Call Centre Helper, and its AI for Workforce Management report, produced in partnership with ContactBabel.
