Tendfor, part of AnywhereNow, has announced the release of Tendfor 3.20, the latest version of its Microsoft Teams-native platform for contact centre and reception operations.
The update is designed to help organisations manage customer conversations within Microsoft Teams by bringing agents, receptionists, and supervisors into a single environment.
According to the company, the release focuses on improving coordination between teams, supporting smoother customer interactions, and providing greater operational visibility.
“Tendfor is a strong fit for organizations looking to maximize the value of their Microsoft Teams investment across contact centre and reception services,” said Radek Zalewski, Product Manager at Tendfor, part of AnywhereNow.
“With Tendfor 3.20, customers benefit from more advanced interaction handling, powered by AI-driven evaluation and oversight that integrates seamlessly into the Microsoft 365 environment they already rely on.”
Among the changes in version 3.20 are enhancements to live interaction management, including improved consultation capabilities during calls and greater flexibility around call recording.
The company says these updates are intended to support smoother handovers between attendants and contact centre agents while maintaining continuity throughout customer interactions.
The release also introduces additional governance and monitoring features. Automatic role and skill assignment based on Microsoft Teams membership is designed to reduce manual administration, while built-in monitoring tools provide greater visibility into system performance.
AI-powered evaluation capabilities, including sentiment analysis and transcription, have also been added to support interaction quality monitoring.
Tendfor 3.20 includes updates to both its Web Client and Microsoft Teams App. The release introduces a redesigned user experience that replaces the legacy Teams App and provides agents and receptionists with enhanced visibility of calendars, notes, presence information, and collaboration tools. Additional compliance-related features include on-demand call recording and caller consent functionality.
According to Tendfor, the latest release reflects its ongoing development alongside the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on helping organisations manage customer conversations and operational processes within Microsoft Teams.
