8×8 Reports CX Growth Alongside Multiple Award and Product Launches

8×8 has reported continued revenue growth for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026, alongside a series of platform updates and industry recognitions.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, their total revenue increased 3% to $735.8 million, while GAAP net income reached $1.6 million, compared to a net loss of $27.2 million the previous year.

Alongside its financial results, 8×8 outlined a series of product updates focused on AI-driven customer engagement, automation, and operational visibility.

One of the key announcements was the early availability of 8×8 AI Studio, a development environment designed to allow organisations to build, test, deploy, and manage AI agents and workflows using natural language across existing communication channels.

The company also announced the general availability of its 8×8 Integration SDK, enabling customers and technology partners to build CRM integrations directly into the 8×8 platform without requiring professional services support.

Additional platform updates included new dashboards within 8×8 Work Analytics, the launch of 8×8 Engage, Focus Time Metrics and Silent Mobile Authentication.

Commenting on the company’s direction, Samuel Wilson, Chief Executive Officer at 8×8, said: “Fiscal 2026 marked a turning point for 8×8.

We delivered four consecutive quarters of revenue growth, achieved our first GAAP-profitable full fiscal year since 2015, strengthened our balance sheet, and continued expanding our platform capabilities for an era of AI-driven customer engagement.”

The company also received several industry recognitions during fiscal 2026, including being named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Communications Engagement Platform 2026 Vendor Assessment and a Leader in the Omdia Universe: Customer Engagement Platforms, 2026.

Additional recognitions included Gold awards at the 2026 New York Product Design Awards and the American Business Awards, as well as being named a Strong Performer in the Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” report for Unified Communications as a Service.
