8×8 has announced a series of industry recognitions relating to its channel leadership and platform capabilities.
These include individual honours for two executives and multiple awards across its communications and contact centre offering.
Emily Masterton, head of channel, was named to the CRN Channel Leaders EMEA list, while David Land, Australian channel lead, was recognised as a CRN ANZ Channel Chief.
The company also received nine Palomarr Insight Awards, which assess CX and communications technologies based on business fit.
8×8 ranked in the top five across eight categories, including contact centre, Cloud and VoIP Telephony, and Voice and Video Communication, and placed in the top ten for Collaboration.
Commenting on the Channel Leaders EMEA recognition, Nima Sherpa Green, EMEA editorial director at CRN, The Channel Company, said: “As my team and I reviewed this year’s Channel Leaders EMEA entries, one thing came through loud and clear: a deep, long-standing respect for the channel community.”
Athina Mallis, editor at CRN Australia, added: “The Channel Chiefs recognised this year exemplify what strong channel leadership looks like today. They are building durable partner ecosystems, adapting to complex market demands, and creating real value for the channel.”
The Palomarr Insight Awards, run by an AI-powered CX procurement platform and consulting group, highlighted 8×8’s performance across areas such as team collaboration, messaging, multichannel communication, and contact centre capabilities.
Stephen Hamill, chief revenue officer at 8×8, said: “Partners are how we scale, how we win and how we deliver outcomes for customers.
This recognition reinforces what we’ve built – a partner-first organization focused on simplicity, alignment and shared success. When our partners win, our customers win. It’s that simple.”
The company said the recognition reflects its focus on working with partners to deliver integrated communications and customer experience solutions, as organisations look to manage increasing complexity across channels and technologies.
