8×8 was named the winner of Silver Stevie Awards in the Customer Service Executive of the Year and Customer Service Department of the Year categories in The 21st Annual American Business Awards.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
Stevie Award winners were determined by more than 230 professionals worldwide who participated in the judging process.
As a result, 8×8 Group Vice President of Support and Technical Service, Nir Galpaz, was recognized for his leadership with a Silver Stevie Award, alongside 8×8’s entire customer service organization which also won a Silver Stevie Award.
