AnywhereNow has announced that its Tendfor contact centre and reception solution for Microsoft Teams is now available through Microsoft Marketplace.

The move enables organisations to discover, purchase and deploy Tendfor using Microsoft’s existing procurement processes, while integrating with Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft services.

Tendfor is an omnichannel contact centre and reception platform designed to manage customer interactions natively within Microsoft Teams.

Built on Microsoft Azure, it is certified under Microsoft’s Teams Extend programme, supporting Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Operator Connect Mobile and Direct Routing to help organisations manage customer conversations across hybrid and distributed work environments.

According to AnywhereNow, the platform enables contact centre agents and reception teams to handle customer interactions directly within Microsoft Teams, supporting call handling, transfers and visibility across conversations while helping organisations transition from legacy PBX systems to a Teams-native environment.

Commenting on the announcement, David Paulding said:

“Having Tendfor available in the Microsoft Marketplace marks an exciting milestone for AnywhereNow, giving organisations a seamless way to deploy a native Microsoft Teams experience for customer conversations, with AI-driven evaluation and oversight to support quality, visibility and control at scale.”

Cyril Belikoff added:

“We’re pleased to welcome Tendfor to Microsoft Marketplace. Marketplace connects trusted solutions from global partners with customers worldwide, making it easy to find and deploy apps that work seamlessly with Microsoft products.”
