Aspect and Aptiva Join Forces to Modernise Contact Centres

Aspect has announced a strategic partnership with Aptiva.

This collaboration brings Aspect’s workforce management and workforce engagement solutions together with Aptiva’s digital transformation expertise to help organizations modernise contact centre operations.

Under the partnership, Aptiva will deliver and support Aspect’s AI-enhanced platform, which includes forecasting, scheduling, real-time adherence, analytics, and reporting.

Flexible deployment options are available across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, with open integrations for ACD, HR, and collaboration platforms.

Aspect will provide global product support, while Aptiva manages regional implementation and ongoing customer support across EMEA. The joint solutions are available immediately through Aptiva.
