Assembled has announced that it has been named a Five9 Select ISV Partner.
This is the highest tier in Five9’s Independent Software Vendor programme, and Five9 will now resell Assembled’s workforce management platform.
The expanded partnership integrates Assembled’s technology more closely into the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform, with a focus on managing workforces that include human agents, AI systems, and outsourced teams.
“As the contact centre shifts to a multi-agent world, workforce management becomes a strategic capability,” said Ryan Wang, co-founder and CEO of Assembled.
“Organizations need to plan across human and AI capacity in real time. With Five9, we’re helping enterprises turn that complexity into a competitive advantage.”
The partnership includes joint go-to-market efforts, closer alignment on customer support, and continued product integration.
Customers using both platforms can coordinate workforce planning in real time, automate processes such as scheduling, and manage operations across multiple systems with greater consistency.

Some shared customers report operational changes following adoption.
DailyPay, which uses Five9 for its contact centre and Assembled for workforce management, reports reductions in scheduling time, improved service level performance, and productivity gains, including lower administrative workload and fewer agent hours required for planning tasks.
