Atombit and CallMiner Partner to Turn Insight into Action

Partnership Concept

Atombit today announced the formalisation of its strategic partnership with CallMiner.

Together, the two organisations will enable enterprise-wide experience and behavioural intelligence, helping organisations drive growth, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and transform customer and employee experience with measurable return on investment.

The partnership brings together CallMiner’s market-leading conversation intelligence, automation, and AI capabilities with Atombit’s execution-led transformation model, enabling organisations to turn insight into action across commercial and operational decisions impacting both customer and employee interactions.

With customer interactions increasing in volume and complexity, organisations have more data than ever before.

Yet many struggle to translate actionable intelligence into sustained impact, often prioritising short-term efficiency gains over long-term value. Through this partnership, Atombit and CallMiner address that challenge directly.

CallMiner provides AI-driven visibility into behaviours across customer conversations and interactions, while Atombit combines this with feedback management, AI/ML for predictive insight, GenAI automation, and execution frameworks to drive action at scale.

Together, this enables organisations to automate complex processes, improve agent productivity, uncover fraud and risk, and increase customer lifetime value.

This represents a shift in how organisations approach experience transformation, connecting customer and employee experience, growth, efficiency, and risk into a single measurable system.

The relationship between Atombit and CallMiner has been visible in the market since Atombit’s inception. Atombit has continued to sponsor CallMiner’s annual LISTEN UK user conference, reflecting the depth of collaboration and shared thought leadership between the two organisations.

Once again, Atombit will be the diamond sponsor at LISTEN UK 2026, which will include a mainstage keynote session, being held at The Midland Hotel in Manchester, UK, 28-29 April 2026.

Commenting on the partnership, Paolo Righetti, Founder and CEO of Atombit, said:

“Many CX programmes fail not because organisations lack insight, but because they lack a measurable understanding of what drives experience, how improvements translate into outcomes, and how those outcomes impact the P&L.

Conversation intelligence is an essential component of modern enterprise strategy, but it only delivers value when it is connected to feedback, prediction, and action across the organisation.

Formalising our partnership with CallMiner allows us to enable enterprise-wide experience and behavioural intelligence by combining best-in-class conversation intelligence and automation with Atombit’s execution-led capability across feedback management, AI and machine learning, and GenAI – helping organisations improve customer and employee experience, drive growth and efficiency, mitigate risk, and directly correlate experience improvement with demonstrable ROI.”

Jeff Gallino, Founder and CEO of CallMiner, added:

“We are entering a new world where conversation intelligence and automation must move in lockstep, providing enterprises with deep visibility into customer and employee behaviour, risk, and opportunity.

As organisations push to elevate strategic experience initiatives – automating processes, enabling agents in real time, and embedding intelligence into day-to-day operations – execution becomes a defining factor in success.

Atombit brings the execution strength and transformation expertise that amplifies CallMiner’s platform, from our agentic AI framework to advanced automation capabilities.

Together, we’re helping organisations operationalise behavioural intelligence at scale, unlocking measurable gains in efficiency, experience, and business performance.”

The partnership will initially focus on the UK and Italy, combining joint go-to-market initiatives with coordinated delivery, enablement, and value management.

Together, Atombit and CallMiner will support organisations across the full transformation lifecycle, from insight generation and prioritisation through to activation, adoption, and ongoing ROI optimisation.
